For clients who choose to use their insurance, rates are subject to any co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance. Your health insurance company can provide benefit information for you.
Though incredibly valuable services, your insurance company likely does not pay for:
- release of records
- case management
- collaboration with other providers
- school consultations
- late cancellations
- no show fees
- treating clinician testimony
- phone consultations with attorneys
Please refer to self-pay rates for these fees. Additionally, your insurance company may not authorize health spending accounts (HSA) or flex spending accounts (FSA) for late cancel/no show fees.
